Ingredients
Rice flour - 200g
Black gram flour - 2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery - 100g
Cardomom - 4
Coconut pieces - 2 teaspoon
Preparing Method
1. Dry roast rice flour and black gram flour for about 2 minutes
2. Melt jaggery with 4 teaspoon water and make into a light (thin) syrup
3. Now add the roasted flours and stir for 1 or 2 minutes and then remove from the stove. Stir the flours in the heat of the pan itself
4. Add the sesame seeds, coconut pieces and mix well. Allow the flour to cool
5. When the hand can withstand the heat make this into small balls and dry it on a sheet of newspaper till the water gets absorbed.
6. Then deep fry these balls in oil and serve
