Ingredients
Semolina - 2 cups
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar -10 Table spoons
Water 3 cups
Ghee - 5 table spoons
Cardamom powder - little
Cashewnuts and Raisens - as you need

Preparing Method
1. Mix the milk, sugar and water in a vessel. Bring to boil and keep on medium / low heat uncovered for 2 minute(s) stirring periodically. Keep aside
2. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a pan on medium level till it is hot.
3. Add semolina. Stir well and fry on low heat for 7 minutes or till the semolina is lightly roasted.
4. Now add the milk mixture. Stir well.
4. Keep on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring periodically (after every minute), till the mixture is dry.
5. Sprinkle cardamom powder, then add fried nuts and raisins. Serve warm.
