Ingredients
Maida - 250 g
Sugar -3 cup
water 1 cup
Ghee - To mix
Oil to fry
Preparing Method
1. Make the maida into a dough (should be thicker than chapatti dough)
2. Then make them into small balls and roll them to thin chapatti
3. Cut them into small diamond shapes using knife & dry them in a paper
4. Meanwhile heat the water and sugar to make the sugar syrup to thread consistency
5. Add the cardamom powder to the syrup
6. Fry the diamond pieces in the ghee
7. Then soak them in the sugar syrup and keep the pieces separately from the syrup
