COIMBATORE: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will organise a training in “value added products from banana” on March 23 and 24 at the university.

According to a release, training will be given in the following processing technologies: banana flour, noodles, milk shake powder, jam, beverage, pseudo-stem candy and fig.
