Coimbatore: Tata Docomo cellular service provider has created a BuddyNet, a national community of Closed User Group (CUG) that allows customers to add unlimited friends from anywhere in India. Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu Circle of Tata Docomo, Nagaprasad Velamuri said that to join the BuddyNet the existing prepaid customers would have to recharge their phones with a special recharge of Rs. 35 and send an SMS JOIN to 121 and start enjoying tariffs as low as 1 paise for six seconds to any Tata Mobile in Tamil Nadu and one paise for two seconds on STD calls to other BuddyNet members.

New Tata Docomo subscribers would have to buy first recharge voucher priced at Rs. 56.
