COIMBATORE: Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry organised a catalogue show of Taiwan machinery here recently. Over 500 visitors attended the show.

According to a release from the chamber president, Mahendra Ramdas, more than 200 catalogues of Taiwanese machinery in the following segments were displayed: machine tools, machinery related to food processing, packaging, plastic, textile, shoes and leather, wooden and sewing, machinery parts, moulds and dies, valves and parts and others.

Executive Director of the Taiwan Association John Chen was present. The main objective was to promote industry cooperation between the two countries.

Indian visitors were able to see Taiwan company catalogues and product literature of different sectors under one roof.
