Coimbatore: Bajaj Allianz has launched a Health Insurance plan “Extra Care” to deal with additional healthcare expenditures.

The plan comes with three options of sum assured up to a higher limit of Rs. 15 lakhs, said Tapan Singhel, Chief Marketing Office, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. R. Lalitha, State Head – Tamil Nadu, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, said considering the rate at which healthcare costs are increasing, Extra Care is quite an economical product.

For a cover of Rs. 10 lakhs, the premium is just Rs. 2500, she said.

The policy holder can include up to 4 family members in the policy at no added price is an added advantage.

The member has access to cashless facility in more than 2400 empanelled hospitals across the country, subject to terms and exclusions.

If the member opts for other hospitals the expenses incurred would be reimbursed within 14 days from the date of submission of all documents.

Reliance handsets

Reliance Mobile has introduced new handsets – Huawei C3500 and C3200. C3500 is equipped with a MP3 player, FM with recorder, a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) camera, a press release here has said.

It has an enhanced phone book memory and even calculators.

The handset is priced at Rs 1,799.
