Raw Mango juice

Raw Mango juice can prepared and stored in the mango season.
Ingredients:
Raw mango - 1
Sugar - 2-cup
Cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1-pinch
Saffron - few
Water - 1/2cup
Preparation Method:
1. Cut The unripe mango(should not be too sour in taste), mix with sugar
2. Cook that in a pressure cooker
3. When it is cooked, serve the cooked mango
4. Mix with water, salt, cardanmom, milk, saffron with cooked mango & again cook for 5-minutes
5. Remove from flame, allow it to cool & fill it in bottles
6. When ever necessary use 1/4 cup of this syrup, mix with plain water & serve
