The Coimbatore Zoological Park & Conservation Centre (CZPCC) is a Botanical garden which was founded in the year 1986. This garden is located at Anaikatty, 30 km from west of Coimbatore which occupies an area of 100 hectares in the foothills of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve (NBR), in Western Ghats of India. It provides habitat for about 110 strict endemics of plants. Education Programmes like Visitor/Education Centre, Education Signs in Garden, Public Lectures/Talks, Education Booklets/Leaflets, Guided Tours, Permanent Public Displays, Special Exhibitions, Courses for School Children, Courses for University/College Students, Courses for General Public are conducted frequently. This Botanic garden contains 600 number of Living Plant Accessions and 110 number of Taxa in Cultivation. It conducts Conservation Programs, Medical programs and Research programs also.
