Kissan industries was founded by Mr. M Mohamed ali an agriculturist in 1984 with the object of manufacturing fractional horse power motors for washing machines as a small enterprise capable of just about 20 motors a month. With the view to cater the needs of domestic and agricultural requirements the company geared itself to meet the challenges of diversified products in this field. Currently it has grown to a capacity of about 2500 water pump sets a month covering centrifugal, centripetal, open well submersible, jet pumps, bore well submersibles etc

Initially the BIS Certification was granted and after establishing higher quality parameters the company marched in to qualifying for the coveted ISO Certificate this year ISO 9001-2000 form TUV Dated 3rd march 2004
