Magna has excellent infrastructure facilities housing ABB Induction Furnaces with digital control unit, cranes, ladles, fork lifts for material handling, green sand moulding, Furan no-bake fast loop moulding, floor moulding, automated sand mixing and recycling plant with rotary knockout plant, fettling, heat treatment furnace, packing and warehouse storage.

Magna also does machining to produce finished products out of castings with in-house machine shop. The machine shop has got vertical and horizontal machining centers, turning centers. All products & components manufactured passes through a Quality Management System (QMS). Magana has successfully implemented ISO/TS 16949:2002 and now Magna Electro Castings Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 certified foundry.
